GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

1- THE PROVIDER AND ORGANIZER OF THE TOUR

The provider and organizer of the classic car tour is MALLORCA CLASSIC CAR TOUR with VAT number B-07936867 and registered office at Margaritas Street, 30, Postal Code 07193 (Palmayola).

2- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions form the basis of a contract with you, “the customer”.

The customer acknowledges that they have read these General Terms and Conditions before submitting their online registration form and has accepted the same by checking “I have read and accept all the Terms & Conditions of Mallorca Classic Car Tour”. This electronic acceptance is legally binding for all participants/companions.

3- TOUR PRICE

The tour price is per person and is indicated on the website, in the “tour schedule” section.

There are two rates: a price per person for those who take the tour without a companion and another price per person with a companion.

The services included in the price are detailed in the “tour schedule” section of the website.

It is mandatory to have federated insurance; if you do not have it, we will arrange it for you. (Price: €50 per person and €30 per vehicle)

Prices are indicated in EUROS.

We reserve the right to correct errors in the amounts after the confirmation of the reservation.

4- CALENDAR AND PAYMENT TERMS

Once we receive your registration form and confirm the availability of a place, you must pay the deposit indicated per person by bank transfer to the account number provided.

Once we receive the deposit transfer, we will send you a reservation confirmation contract, indicating the payment deadlines for the remaining amount.

The first payment (50% of the pending tour amount excluding the deposit) will be due 16 weeks before the tour start date, and the second payment will be due 8 weeks before the tour start date.

Payment dates will be indicated in the reservation confirmation contract and will always be made by bank transfer.

We do not accept payments by checks or credit cards.

If we do not receive the pending tour cost amount before the due dates indicated in the reservation confirmation contract, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and the deposit will be forfeited.

5- CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

All cancellations by the customer must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges depending on the notice period:

If the cancellation notice is received more than 16 weeks before the tour start date, 100% of the deposit paid by the customer will be refunded. If the cancellation notice is received less than 16 weeks before the tour start date, 50% of the amount paid up to that point will be refunded. If the cancellation notice is received less than 8 weeks before the tour start date, the customer loses the entire amount.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer.

The cancellation time will be calculated from the date we receive the cancellation notice in writing until the tour start date.

If you want to protect yourself against the loss of the aforementioned cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing insurance to cover possible cancellations or withdrawal from the event after the payment dates.

6- CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER

If we are forced to cancel the tour, for any reason, we will refund all the money paid by the customer.

7- PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the entry conditions to Spain from their place of origin, as well as any health requirements required at the travel destination at the time of the trip.

8- HEALTH PROCEDURES

All customers must have medical insurance that covers any medical eventuality in Spain, as well as emergency medical evacuation to their country of origin or repatriation.

9- TOUR DATES

The tour start and end dates are detailed in the itinerary found on the website, within the “tour” section.

10- ACCOMMODATION LOCATION AND STAR RATING

The accommodation will be at Villas Petra Mallorca on a half-board basis.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the half-board and will be an extra cost that the customer must pay directly.

11- MINIMUM NUMBER REQUIRED FOR TOUR TO TAKE PLACE

For the tour to take place, a minimum of 10 registered vehicles is required. If the minimum quota is not reached, we will notify the customer within 8 weeks prior to the tour start date.

12- ITINERARIES

The tour schedule is detailed on the website.

The Roadbook will be sent to all participants via email one month before the tour start date and will be handed to them upon arrival.

The Organization reserves the right to modify the schedule for justified reasons. Such changes will not diminish the level of quality and experience offered.

In this case, we undertake to notify the customer as soon as possible.

13- LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES AND PARTICIPANTS’ PROPERTY

The tour organizer, Mallorca Classic Car Tour, is not responsible for any damage to customers’ vehicles or any other property, even when parked on the accommodation property.

Customers must drive their vehicles sensibly and always respect traffic regulations. Under no circumstances will the organization be liable for damage to cars or customers’ property during the tour.

Therefore, it is mandatory to have car insurance that covers any circumstances that may occur during the tour, and in any case, it must have coverage in Spanish territory.

14- COMPLIANCE WITH MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS

It is mandatory to have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance certificate with coverage in Spain, and a valid ITV certificate.

15- TRAVEL INSURANCE

Customers must have valid and relevant travel insurance covering cancellation expenses on their part, assistance expenses, including breakdown and vehicle recovery, emergency repatriation in case of illness of the customer or any member of their group.

If you do not purchase insurance, you are responsible for any eventualities that may arise during the tour.

16- CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION CONTRACT

In the event that the organization significantly modifies an essential term of the contract, we undertake to notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will then have the option to terminate the contract without penalty.
